Fly Cleared is a waitlist-stage aviation operations product for small Part 61 flight schools. It is designed to help owners and managers coordinate scheduling, student follow-up, billing handoffs, fleet downtime planning, and bilingual communication with AI-assisted tools that remain subject to staff review.

Important boundaries:
- Fly Cleared does not certify pilot proficiency.
- Fly Cleared does not replace a CFI, FAA guidance, official weather briefings, endorsements, logbooks, dispatch authority, aircraft maintenance records, inspections, airworthiness decisions, or regulatory compliance systems.
- AI output should be reviewed by flight school staff before use.
- Concept screenshots use fictional sample data and are not for operational use.
